The
general blade type provided in our mixer is the
rectangular gate blade.
In some cases, wane shaped impeller provided,
In hydro-mix model both wane shaped impeller along
with high shear dissolver impeller provided.
The recent addition to the blade type is helical
blade. Unlike conventional blades, the helical
blade has a variable pitch. Starting at the top
of the helix, the pitch decreases as it extends
deeper into the batch. The blade moves material
both vertically and orbitally, thus improving
mixing and cycle time in the motion generated
by its rotation |
